Job Title: Manager to General Manager – Finance

Experience: 6–15 Years

  1. Fund Management:
    o Monitor and manage the organization’s cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity for business operations.
    o Develop strategies for efficient working capital management.
    o Maintain relationships with financial institutions to manage banking operations and facilities.
  2. Fundraising:
    o Identify and execute opportunities to raise funds, including debt, equity, or hybrid instruments.
    o Liaise with investors, lenders, and financial institutions to secure financing aligned with organizational goals.
    o Prepare and present financial models, proposals, and business cases for fundraising activities.
  3. Financial Planning & Analysis:
    o Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
    o Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
    o Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  4. Compliance & Risk Management:
    o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
    o Assess and mitigate financial risks associated with operations and investments.
  5. Leadership & Collaboration:
    o Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and business expansion.


Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Proven expertise in fund management and fundraising across diverse financial landscapes.

2. Strong knowledge of financial instruments, market dynamics, and fundraising strategies.

3. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

5. Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.

Educational Requirements:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

2. MBA (Finance) or CA/CPA/CFA qualification is highly preferred.
